Declan was born on August 5, 2003 at the Neugarten Family Birth Center in Rhinebeck, NY. He was a healthy 9 pounds 7 ounces and 21 1/2 inches at birth and has continued to grow as you can see from these growth charts (click charts for bigger versions):
